IMPORTANT!
ALL Vendor Contracts MUST be processed and approved through the Thunder Beach Productions Office to confirm your space.
There are 2 forms that MUST be signed and forwarded to us. They are:
Vendor & Exhibitor Application/Agreement
and an
Application for Special Event Permit
These forms are contractual agreement forms. One form is a contract that you will enter into with Thunder Beach Productions, Inc. and one is a permit application that must be submitted to the City of Panama City Beach. THUNDER BEACH PRODUCTIONS WILL OBTAIN THE PERMITS FROM THE CITY. The permit fee is included in the vending site fee. Thunder Beach Productions will distribute the permits prior to the commencement of the event.
Indoor vendor/exhibitor space is available at the Boardwalk Beach Resort Convention Center. The fees for the indoor spaces are indicated on a pricing schedule included with the agreement forms.
Vendors and/or exhibitors that are placed at, or, who are planning to setup at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and Convention Center have the option to obtain electrical and/or telephone hookups for an additional fee. Tables may be obtained from the Boardwalk at an additional fee also. Please print the Boardwalk's Vendor Pricing Schedule to check out their fees and assist you in determining total space expenses for vending or exhibiting at this venue.
